Cancellations / Refund Policy

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. This also applies to complimentary touch ups/second sittings. Regardless of cancelling an appointment:

  1. your $150 deposit at the time of booking is non-refundable as this covers administration and product costs,
  2. you will not be eligible for any refund if you have not met the other criteria disclosed in this Cancellation / Refund Policy or any of our other binding documentation.

Feather Clinic has an average waiting time of 6-8 weeks. Please keep in mind that last minute cancellations limits preferred appointment times for yourself.

Complimentary touch ups must occur 4-8 weeks after your initial appointment. If you cancel a complimentary touch up appointment, there is no guarantee that you will be able to rebook this before the 8 weeks is up.  This will result in loss of appointment. If you do not attend your second appointment without notice you will not be able to rebook.

Due to the nature of different skin types accepting pigment, you will need to allow for the second appointment to finish the treatment. No refunds will be offered unless a second appointment has been completed and brows have had time to heal.

We will not refund or warranty any treatment partially completed (partial referring to any time prior to the healing of skin after a second touch up appointment). Refunds will also not be made if our aftercare instructions are not followed correctly.

We will consider refunds after the healing of the skin on the second treatment at our discretion.

If you are not satisfied with your treatment, you may express your concerns directly to your technician and we will go out of our way to help. We do our best where ever possible and understand discrepancies may one day happen, so please respect our time and efforts as we will also respect your needs.
